About HLC International Karanai, Chennai
Mrs. Sudha Mahesh and Mr. C.N.U. Maheswaran founded HLC International as Headstart Nursery and Primary School on January 20, 1995. Under the leadership of Mr. Naveen Mahesh and Mrs. Raaji Naveen, the Headstart Nursery and Primary School was closed and rebranded as HLC International in 2009.
The Vidyothsahi Educational and Charitable Trust manages the school. HCL International is affiliated with Cambridge Assessments International Education (CAIE). The school is also accredited by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). It is a co-ed school in Tamil Nadu that provides education for students from Pre-KG to Class 12.

Admission Procedure
CAIE
The HLC International provides admissions to students from Pre-KG till Class 12, with CAIE and NIOS board.
The student can also enrol in Beyond 8 and Elina Services.
Students who are seeking transformative pathways for liberal education in college can enrol in Beyond 8. The HLC provides Beyond 8 service for students from Class 9 to Class 12 which offers CAIE, NIOS, Common Core Board.
The student who is differently able and seeking integration of special education services can enrol in Elina service provided by the HLC International.
The student can get admission into school for any of the above services by applying for admission through the school's official website.
