The CBSE Class 12 exams were conducted from February 17 to April 10, 2026. Last year, the CBSE results were declared on May 13 for 16,92,794 Class 12 students. The overall pass percentage was 88.39%, with girls achieving 91.64% and boys 85.70%.

CBSE has introduced the on-screen Marking (OSM) system for Class 12, under which answer sheets will be scanned and evaluated online rather than manually. This system will be implemented from the 2026-27 academic session and is expected to speed up the evaluation process, reducing it to around 9 days compared to the earlier 12 days.
The CBSE Class 12 exams concluded on April 10, 2026. Last year, the overall pass percentage stood at 88.39%. Once the results are online, students will need the following details from their CBSE admit card:

Enter the required details, including roll number, school number, and admit card ID.
Click the submit button to process the CBSE 12th result request.
Once Class 12 CBSE marks appear on the screen, download the online copy and print a hard copy also for records.
The CBSE Class 12 scorecard will include important details such as:

On the CBSE 12th result day, the official website may experience heavy traffic, which can cause delays in accessing scores. In such cases, students can use alternative platforms to check their results conveniently.
Through DigiLocker, students can access their online CBSE Class 12 mark sheets by signing in with their Aadhaar-linked mobile number. This platform allows them to download important documents such as the digital mark sheet, passing certificate, and migration certificate.
For those without internet access, the SMS service is also available. Students can receive their CBSE Class 12 results by sending a message in a prescribed format to the designated CBSE number. After checking the CBSE 12th result, students should carefully check all the details mentioned on the CBSE Class 12 mark sheet to ensure accuracy.
