The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)has released the CBSE Class 12 supplementary exam result 2026 on August 12, 2026. This year, the CBSE improvement exam 2026 for Class 12 was conducted on July 28, 2026. Students who appeared can download their CBSE 12th supply result 2026 from the official website at results.cbse.nic.in and on DigiLocker. They need to enter their roll number, admit card ID, school number and mother's name to log in to the result login window.

Earlier, the CBSE Class 12 results 2026 were announced on May 13, 2026. The CBSE Class 12 exams were conducted from February 17 to April 10, 2026. Trivandrum performed best in the CBSE Class 12 results 2026, and Prayagraj scored the lowest. A total of 18,57,517 students were registered for the examination, although 17,80,365 appeared in the exam. The overall pass percentage stood at 85.20%. Girls performed better with a pass percentage of 88.86%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 82.13%.

CBSE has introduced the on-screen Marking (OSM) system for Class 12, under which answer sheets can be scanned and evaluated online rather than manually. This system is implemented from the 2026-27 academic session and is expected to speed up the evaluation process, reducing it to around 9 days compared to the earlier 12 days.
The CBSE Class 12 exams concluded on April 10, 2026. Last year, the overall pass percentage stood at 88.39%. Once the results are online, students will need the following details from their CBSE admit card:

On the CBSE 12th result day, the official website may experience heavy traffic, which can cause delays in accessing scores. In such cases, students can use alternative platforms to check their results conveniently.
Through DigiLocker, students can access their online CBSE Class 12 mark sheets by signing in with their Aadhaar-linked mobile number. This platform allows them to download important documents such as the digital mark sheet, passing certificate, and migration certificate.
For those without internet access, the SMS service is also available. Students can receive their CBSE Class 12 results by sending a message in a prescribed format to the designated CBSE number. After checking the CBSE 12th result, students should carefully check all the details mentioned on the CBSE Class 12 mark sheet to ensure accuracy.
