• Only duly registered construction workers are those who have completed at least three years of UPBOCW board membership after registration as of November 30, 2025, are eligible. A maximum of two children per family is allowed.

• Students for AAV Class VI admission must be between May 1, 2014, and July 31, 2016 (both dates inclusive).

• Candidates for AAV Class IX admission must be between May 1, 2011, and July 31, 2013 (both dates inclusive).

• The age eligibility rule will apply to all category students (SC/ST/OBC/GEN).

• For VI Class, the student must be studying and passing the V class in the session 2025-26.

• For IX Class, the candidate must be studying and passing the VIII class in the session 2025-26.

• For the destitute category, children who are covered under Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (General/Covid) will be eligible for Atal Awasiya admission.

School Management Outline for the AAVs

• The curriculum of education in these schools will be from the English medium CBSE board, like Navodaya Vidyalaya.

• The student capacity of each school will be 1000, which will include 500 boys and 500 girls.

• Every year, the Atal Residential school entrance examination will be conducted for the children of construction workers and destitute children.
