NTSE Cut OffNTSE Cut Off 2018 - Candidates who appeared for NTSE examination Stage 1 will need to meet NTSE 2018 cut off score which is the minimum score to qualify for the NTSE Stage 2 examination. Similarly, there is an NTSE cut off score for the second stage too, that a candidate needs to score to qualify the final stage of scholarship test. The cut off of NTSE 2018 acts as a benchmark needed to be achieved in order to qualify for the next round of attaining scholarship. The NTSE 2018 cut off of Stage 1 paper is declared by the State Education Board of each state whereas the NTSE cut off 2018 for Stage 2 is declared by The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) after the conduct of the respective examinations. Candidates should remember that they would be allowed to sit for the Stage 2 examination only if they achieve the cut off of NTSE 2018 of Stage 1. In case of failure to achieve the NTSE cutoff in stage 1, the candidates would be disqualified for the second stage.

NTSE 2018 cut off of Stage 1

The Stage 1 examination of NTSE 2018 was conducted on November 4 and 5, 2017 by the State Education Board. The candidates who appeared for the Stage 1 of NTSE examination 2018 from all Union Territories need to obtain a minimum of 10 marks in each paper i.e. MAT, SAT and LCT whereas candidates from all the states need to score a minimum of 25 marks in each paper to qualify for the NTSE stage 2 exam 2018. Achieving this cutoff of NTSE 2018 will let them sit for the Stage 2 of NTSE examination.

 

NTSE cut off 2018 of Stage 2

The Stage 2 of NTSE 2018 examination will be conducted by NCERT for only those candidates who have qualified and achieved the NTSE cut off 2018 in Stage 1.

About NTSE 2018: The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national-level scholarship exam cum scholarship program conducted by NCERT. Students studying in class 10 are eligible to appear in the NTSE 2018.the examination consists of 2 stages. NTSE 2018 was conducted on November 4 and 5, 2017 whereas the Stage 2 exam is conducted by NCERT generally in May for the qualifying students in Stage 1 across India.
