The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) released the JNV entrance exam date notification online through its official website at navodaya.gov.in. The last date to submit the NVS Class 6 application form is August 27, 2025. The NVS correction window is now open, allowing registered candidates to make corrections until August 30, 2025. The NVS Class 6 admission test is conducted in two phases—Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 of the JNV Class 6 exam will be held on December 13, 2025, with admit cards available in the first week of December 2025. Phase 2 of the NVS Class 6 exam is scheduled for April 11, 2026. The JNVST Class 9 exam will be conducted on February 7, 2026. JNV entrance exam 2026 results will be available online at navodaya.gov.in.

JNVST 6th Phase 2 exam will be conducted on April 11, 2026, for the following districts:
Jammu and Kashmir (except Jammu-I, Jammu-II, Samba & Udhampur), Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and in the Districts of Dibang Valley and Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh, in the Districts of Chamba, Kinnaur, Mandi, Sirmour, Kullu, Lahaul & Spiti, Solan and Shimla of Himachal Pradesh, in the District of Darjeeling of West Bengal, and Leh & Kargil districts of UT Ladakh.
Navodaya Entrance Exam Registration 2025-26 Dates
The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti holds NVS 2025-26 admissions for classes 9 and 6. Students can fill out the JNVST Class 6th admission form till August 27, 2025, and the last date to fill the NVS Class 9 admission form is September 23, 2025.
The application form has to be filled out online at navodaya.gov.in and cbseitms.in before the deadline. It is recommended that you preserve a copy of the completed NVS admission form 2025-26 for future reference.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will release the JNVST Class 9 admit card in December 2025. The NVS admit card 2026 will be available online at navodaya.gov.in. To check and download the NVS 2026 admit card for classes 6 and 9, students must enter their registration number.
The JNVST Class 6 admit card for the Phase 1 examination will be released in December 2025. The Phase 2 admit card will be released in March 2026. The JNVST admission card is an essential document; without it, no student will be permitted to appear in the test hall. Also, students should thoroughly review all of the information provided to avoid any trouble.
