The Science Olympiad Foundation exams for level 1 for the year 2021-22 has been conducted on various dates of Decmber 2021 and January, February 2022. Science Olympiad Foundation follows the syllabus of CBSE, CISCE, and other state boards. Below are the details of SOF exams.
1. SOF National Cyber Olympiad
SOF NCO is being conducted for the students of Classes 1 to 10. The question paper of SOF NCO is objective in nature. A total of 35 multiple choice questions is asked for classes 1 to 4 and 50 MCQ’s for classes 5 to 10. The exam duration is 60 minutes. The question papers comprise of three sections Logical Reasoning, Computers and Information Technology, and Achievers Section.

2. SOF National Science Olympiad
NSO is conducted by the Science Olympiad Foundation for the students of Classes 1 to 12. The Science Olympiad is conducted to test the scientific reasoning and logical ability of students. The exam is being conducted at two levels. The level one is conducted for Classes 1 to 12, while the level two is conducted for Classes 3 to 12. The question paper for Classes 1 t0 10 comprise three sections, Logical Reasoning, Science, and Achievers Section. For Class 11 and 12, the question paper is divided into three sections namely, Physics/Chemistry, Achievers Section, Mathematics/Biology.

3. SOF International Mathematics Olympiad
International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) is conducted for the students of classes 1 to 12. IMO tests student's knowledge of logical reasoning, Mathematical reasoning, and everyday mathematics. IMO Level 1 exam is conducted for the students of Class 1 to 12, while level 2 exam is conducted for the students of Class 3 to 12. The exam duration is 1 hour.
4. SOF International English Olympiad
SOF IEO is held in two levels. The SOF IEO Level 1 paper for classes 1 to 4 comprises a total of 35 MCQs, while the question paper for classes 5 to 12 carries 50 questions of 60 marks. The questions are asked from four sections, Word & Structure Knowledge, Reading, Spoken & Written Expression and Achievers Section. Students can follow the CBSE, ICSE or any other state Board’s syllabus of their respective classes to qualify the IEO exam.
5. SOF International Commerce Olympiad
SOF Commerce Olympiad is conducted in partnership with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. SOF ICO is conducted for the students of classes 11 & 12. The exam duration for level 1 of the examination is 60 minutes. The questions are asked from 4 sections, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy, Achievers Section.
6. SOF International General Knowledge Olympiad
IGKO is held for the students of Classes 1 to 10. It is a single level exam. For Classes 1 to 4, 35 Multiple Choice questions and for Classes 5 to 10, 50 Multiple Choice questions are being asked in the examination. The question paper consists of four sections, General Awareness, Current Affairs, Life Skills, Achievers Section.
7. SOF International Social Studies Olympiad
SOF ISSO is a single level examination, which is held for the students of Classes 3 to 10. The exam duration of ISSO is 60 minutes. For Classes 3 to 5, the paper is divided into two sections, Social Studies, and Achievers Section. For Classes 6 to 8, the paper is divided into 4 sections, History, Geography, Social and Political Life, Achievers Section. The ISSO question paper for Classes 9 and 10 is divided into 5 sections, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Achievers Section.

1. Unified Cyber Olympiad
UCO is held for the students of Classes 2 to 12. Cyber olympiad tests student's knowledge of using the mental ability, logical reasoning & computer knowledge. The main goal of Unified Cyber Olympiad is streamlining computer education, Instilling competitiveness in computer education, Including logic, reasoning and mental ability in the learning process, identifying talent and assessing students on a nationwide platform, exposing students to the latest technology and study in computers.
The question paper of UCO is held for 50 marks for 50 questions. There is no provision for negative marking in the UCO examination. The UCO syllabus is class specific. Students can refer to the textbooks for their respective classes to prepare for the exam.

Olympiad Exams conducted by SilverZone Foundation
1. International Informatics Olympiad
Silverzone foundation conducts the IIO annually. Students of Classes 1 to 12 are eligible for International Informatics Olympiad. This IIO examines student's proficiency in Computer Science. The syllabus of the Informatics Olympiad is based on the CBSE/ICSE, or other state boards syllabus of the respective class.
2. International Olympiad of Science
IOS tests the competency of students in the field of Science. It is held for the students of Classes 1 to 12. The exam duration is 40 minutes and the question paer is of 100 marks. The number of questions in the IOS exam varies for Classes. The IOS question paper comprise 3 sections, Science, Reasoning and Aptitude, and Scholar zone.
3. International Olympiad of Mathematics
Studnets of Classes 1 to 12 are eligible to appear in the IOM. It is held annually at national and international level. The exam duration for Classes 1 and 2 is 40 Minutes and For Class 3 to 12 is 50 Minutes. The total marks for IOM exam is 100 marks.

HBCSE Mathematical Olympiad
Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) is organised by the Mathematics Teachers’ Association (India) – MTA with support from the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) and Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE). Students of Cllasses 8 to 12 are eligible to apply for Mathematical Olympiad. It is a 3-hour duration test and there will be 30 questions in the paper.

IAPT conducts Indian Olympiad Qualifier in 5 subjects Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Junior Science and Physics. Students of Clasess 8 to 12 can apply for IOQ. Students can apply for one IOQ at a time. The syllabus of Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Biology (IOQB), Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Chemistry (IOQC), Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Physics (IOQP) is equivalent to the syllabus prescribed by CBSE board for up to Class 12. The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Astronomy (IOQA) syllabus comprise questions on Physics, Mathematics and elementary Astronomy.After successful completion on the exam, students will get selected for the Orientation-cum-Selection Camps (OCSCs).
