According to the official schedule, applications for the Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process (HSCAP) were accepted from May 14 to May 20, 2025. The Kerala plus one allotment result will determine the first round of seat allotments for admission to higher secondary courses across government and aided schools in Kerala. This year, the total number of available seats for Plus One has increased significantly to 4,41,887, including an additional 64,040 seats introduced to meet the rising demand. This move comes after last year’s seat shortage created widespread concern, as many meritorious students were unable to secure admission despite achieving high Kerala SSLC scores.

The HSCAP publishes the Kerala +1 Trial allotment list based on the detailed information provided by students during the application form submission. The Kerala Plus One 2025 Trial Allotment will help students to get an idea of the school, its course, and admission procedure. Once the HSCAP releases the Kerala +1 trial allotment 2025 list, applicants can make necessary changes, edit the errors in the personal details, and add more school options along with the preferred courses.
The HSCAP published the Kerala Plus One admission first allotment list on June 3, 2025. The first allotment results were declared on May 31, 2025. Students can check the results through the candidate login. Those who have been allotted the seats are required to check the two-page allotment letter through the link. Candidates whose names appear in the first allotment list must appear for admission with their parents. Students who get the first option in the first allotment should pay the fee to the school after the certificate verification and get permanent admission. They can pay the fee mentioned in the allotment letter. Candidates who get allotment in other options can be temporarily admitted as per their choice.
The HSCAP published the Kerala Plus One admission second allotment list on June 9, 2025. Students can check the results through the candidate login. Admission for the second allotment list students will be held from June 10 (10 am) to June 11 (5 pm), 2025. Those who have been allotted the seats are required to check the two-page allotment letter available through the second allotment results link. Candidates whose names appear in the second allotment list must attend the admission process with their parents. Students who have taken provisional admission in the first allotment do not require a fresh allotment letter if they are not allotted in a higher option.
The department published the Kerala Plus One Third and final allotment result on June 16, 2025. Students can obtain the allotment details through the admission link via hacap.kerala.gov.in candidate login portal. Candidates who have been allotted must appear at the school mentioned in the allotment letter available from the third allotment results. They must carry the original certificates required for admission and bring their parents along with them. The allotment letter will be published by the school. Students securing provisional allotments do not require a new allotment letter unless they get a higher option.
The Kerala plus one classes for the new academic session are set to begin on June 18, 2025. Once the Kerala Board + 1 allotment result is announced:
Admitted students who have been allotted a seat in the first round and are satisfied with the allotment will have to report to the allotted school with the necessary documents for verification and admission.
If any student wishes to be considered for higher preference options in future rounds, they have to make sure to opt for ‘Temporary Admission’ and indicate their willingness for upgradation.
If the seat is not allotted in the first round, wait for subsequent allotment rounds, including the supplementary allotments that will run until July 23, 2025.
Students have to ensure all original documents (SSLC mark sheet, transfer certificate, etc.) are ready for verification at the time of admission.
