GSEB SSC board examination date is out now. A little stress for exams is very common for students. But sometimes, increased stress can lead to poor performance in exams. So, students need to cope up with the stress. Here are some of the tips for the students.
. Make a realistic study plan - students need to make a good achievable study plan. Sometimes students makes a study plan that they find difficult to follow and feel stressed.
. Take proper food- eating healthy food will be a boost for body and mind. If the body will be fit, mind can focus more on things.
. Take proper sleep - sleep is an important factor that can affect studies. Mind is relaxed while we sleep and when we wake up, mind is refreshed and we can concentrate more.
. Proper exercise - Don't just study and study. Exercise is equally important. As it is said , healthy mind resides in healthy body.
. Avoid comparing yourself with others - Many students compare themselves with other students and feel stressed that other person have studied soo much, I have not prepared well. Comparison can affect your mind adversely.

Class 12: After clearing your 12th board exams, you can apply for Indian Army or Defence-related fields. You can choose any one stream among Science, Commerce, or Arts for your 12th. However, the Science stream provides more flexibility for Defence-related careers.
NDA Entrance Exam: You can prepare for the National Defence Academy (NDA) exam after completing your 12th. Clearing this exam will lead to becoming an officer in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.
Technical Courses: If you're interested in technical fields, you can pursue vocational courses or ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) courses after 10th, which can provide entry into technical roles in the Indian Army or Defence.
