This scholarship scheme aims to help and provide financial assistance to underprivileged students. It is for students who are permanent residents of Gujarat. How to Register for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2026-27?
Step 1: Visit the official website, digitalgujarat.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” button.
Step 3: On the next page, provide the required information such as name, date of birth, gender, contact details, etc and save.
Step 4: After that, students will receive a one-time password on their mobile number for verification.
Step 5: Confirm the mobile number verification by entering the OTP.
Step 6: Once the verification is done, students can proceed with the second stage of registration.
Step 7: After that, students must create their citizen profile page and enter the required details, and update their profile.

How to Apply for the Digital Gujarat 2026-27 Scholarship Scheme?
To apply for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Scheme, students have to log in to their accounts.
Click on the “Request a New Service” link.
A new page will open that will show all the services offered.
Students can apply for any services listed. They just have to click, and a list of the documents required for the services will show on the screen.
To apply for the service, students must click on the “Continue To Service” button.
The next scren will show the student’s service “Request ID” and “Application No.”.
Click the “Continue” button to proceed.
On the next page, enter the details mentioned on the screen and attach the required documents along with the student’s passport-size photograph and signature.
Confirm all the details and submit the Digital Gujarat Scholarship application form.
After the successful submission, take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Online Payment
Students have two options for online payment: E-Wallet and Gateway.
Students can choose any one option. After selection, they will have to click on the “Send OTP” button to make the payment.
An OTP will be sent to the registered number.
By entering the OTP, click on the “Confirm” button to complete the payment.
Use of DigiLocker in Digital Gujarat Scholarship
The Digital Locker is a secure personal electronic space service provided by the government to store documents of citizens.
To use Digital Locker, students can click on the “Digital Locker” link.
Here, students can upload and store their documents like identity proof, residential proof, birth certificate, etc.
To upload documents, first, they will have to select the type of documents from the “Document Group” dropdown list.
Then they can select the document name from there and enter “Document number/certificate number” in the text box.
After that, they can click on the “Select File” to upload the document.
