CBSE Board 12th Practical Exams 2025
The board will conduct the CBSE 12th practical exams from January 1, 2025 (tentative). Schools will conduct the 12th practical exams, and the theory papers will be held from February 15, 2025.
CBSE Class 12 practical exam dates for winter-bound schools and all other affiliated schools will be announced online. The exams for winter-bound schools are expected to be conducted in December 2024. Students can contact their respective schools to know about their practical exam dates.

Students should follow the below-mentioned steps to download the CBSE date sheet 2025 online:

Click the link that reads CBSE 12th date sheet 2025’ PDF Download’.
A PDF page of the date sheet of CBSE 12th will appear on the screen.
Download the file and save the date sheet for reference.
Take a printout of the CBSE Class 12 board exam 2025 date sheet.
CBSE 12th Board Exams to be Held Twice a Year?
As per the last notification, the Ministry of Education(MoE) announced that Class 10, and Class 12 board exams will be held twice a year from 2024. The State and the National boards will hold Class 10 and Class 12 board exams bi-annually.
Students will have the option to retain their best scores. Apart from this, the MoE also announced some significant changes in the educational system. In accordance with NEP 2020, the curriculum according to the new curriculum framework (NCFR) has been finalised and the textbooks will be finalised soon.
Delhi Patrachar Vidyalaya Practical Exam Schedule
Students from Patrachar Vidyalaya who have selected the subjects listed below for CBSE Class 12 and whose roll numbers are provided in this notice will need to report to Patrachar Vidyalaya located at Outram Lane, GTB Nagar, Delhi-09 on the designated dates.

The CBSE Class 12 calculation criteria say that no overall division/distinction/aggregate shall be awarded. If a student has over five subjects, then to determine the best five subjects may be taken by the admitting institution or employer. The board does not calculate/declare/inform the percentage of marks. If the percentage of marks is required for higher education or in employment the calculation if any, may be done by the admitting institution or employer.

CBSE 12th Exam Day Instructions 2025
Students must reach the CBSE exam centre at least 30 to 45 minutes before the reporting time mentioned in Class 12 CBSE date sheet 2025.
Students must carry CBSE Class 12th admit card 2025. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the exam centre premises without a hall ticket.
The answer booklet and question paper will be distributed to students at the exact exam scheduled time.
An extra 15 minutes will be given to them to read CBSE 12th question papers.
No student shall bring any unfair means while appearing for the exams.

CBSE Class 12 Exam Statistics of Previous Year
In 2024, A total number of 16,33,730 students registered, out of which 16,21,224 appeared in the exam. This year, 14,26,420 students managed to clear the exam, making an overall pass percentage of 87.98%. Out of which, the overall pass percentage of boys was 91.52% and the overall pass percentage of girls was 85.12%.
In 2023, the total number of candidates registered was 16,96,770. Out of the total candidates, the number of female and male candidates who had registered was 7,45,433 and 9,51,332 respectively. CBSE conducted the CBSE 12th exams at 6759 centres.

If you are looking for important questions of class 12th then I would like to suggest you to go with previous year questions of that particular board. You can go with last 5-10 years of PYQs so and after going through all the questions you will have a clear idea about the type and level of questions that are being asked and it will help you to boost your class 12th board preparation.

Hello student,
If you are planning to appear again for class 12th board exam with PCMB as a private candidate here is the right information you need:
- No school admission needed! Register directly with CBSE. (But if you want to attend the school then you can take admission in any private school of your choice but it will be waste of money)
- You have to appear for the 2025 12th board exams.
- Registration for class 12th board exam starts around September 2024 (check CBSE website for exact dates).
- Aim to register before late October to avoid extra fees.
- Schools might not offer classes for private students, so focus on self-study or coaching.
Remember
, these are tentative dates based on last year. Keep an eye on the CBSE website ( https://www.cbse.gov.in/ ) for the accurate and official announcement.

Hello Aspirant , Hope your doing great . As per your query , your eligible for JEE mains in the year of 2025 , Every candidate can appear for the JEE Main exam 6 times over three consecutive years . The JEE Main exam is held two times every year, in January and April.

Yes you are certainly eligible for giving the jee exam in the year 2025. You must pass the maths exam with at least 75% criteria as required by jee and provide the marksheet and the passing certificate while registering for the exam.
Pursuing maths as an additional subject while taking biology as your main subject does not offer any hindrance in you appearing for the jee examination. It is indeed an privilege to pursue both maths and biology as the subjects and prepare for the same.
There will be no issue in filling the form while registering for the exam as it will only require your basic details and marksheet which you can provide by attaching the marksheet of maths also. Also, a detailed roadmap is also available on the official websites on how to fill the registration form. So you can fill the form easily.
