As per the NIOS 10th class syllabus 2024, the subjects are broadly divided into 2 groups - Group A and Group B. Group A of the NIOS secondary syllabus consists of language subjects while Group B comprises of all other core subjects. Candidates who are planning to take NIOS admission can also refer to this NIOS 10th syllabus 2024 to get an insight into topics that are a part of final exams.
The subjects included in the NIOS syllabus 2024 Class 10 are broadly divided into two categories - Group A and Group B.
Group A includes language subjects. A child must choose a minimum of one language and a maximum of two languages out of Group A.
Group B includes the core subjects wherein students can choose three subjects or four subjects.
To obtain the Class 10 certificate and be declared as passed in the NIOS 10th result, a student must clear five subjects including one language subject.
