NIOS Exam Date 2025 for October Exams: Class 10, 12 Theory Date Sheet PDF

The National Institute of Open School (NIOS) will release the NIOS exam date sheet for the October session in October 2025. Students will be able to download the NIOS 2025 date sheet from the official website, sdmis.nios.ac.in.
Previously, the board released the NIOS theory exam date sheet 2025 for the April session on March 19, 2025. While, the NIOS practical date sheet for Classes 10 and 12 was released on February 21, 2025. The board will release the 2025 NIOS exam dates in a PDF format. NIOS 10th Exam Timings
- The students need to reach the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
- On the exam day, students will receive an extra 15 minutes for reading from 2:15 pm to 2:30 pm before the start of the exam. This additional reading time is provided for the students so that they can carefully examine the question paper without writing any answers during this period.
- The NIOS exam is expected to be held from 2:15 pm to 5:30 pm.
NIOS Admission Date 2025
Students applying for NIOS admission must fill out the NIOS registration form 2025. They must stay updated with the dates and submit the form before the last date. The last date to submit the NIOS application form without a late fee for the April session was January 28 to February 7, 2025, while for the October session, students were able to apply from May 24. The last date to pay the admission fee for the October session is June 23, 2025.

NIOS Exam Dates 2025 for On-Demand Exams
The NIOS board provides on-demand exam facility, allowing students to take their exams whenever they want.
- The admissions for NIOS on-demand exams are held all year round.
- There are ODE exams every month except April, May, October, and November, which are public examination months.
- To take the ODE, students must register online and select the NIOS exam dates that work best for them.
- According to the NIOS timetable 2025, results for on-demand tests will be published 45 days after the examination.
NIOS Result Date 2025
NIOS will announce the NIOS 10th and 12th results of the April examinations in June 2025, while the October exam results for classes 10 and 12 are expected to be announced in December 2025, tentatively.
- NIOS 10th exam results and NIOS 12th exam results will be made available online on the official website, nios.ac.in and results.nios.ac.in.
- Students need to enter their details along with a captcha code in the result login window to access their 10th and 12th NIOS results.
After the board exam result announcement, the NIOS compartment exam date 2025 will be released for students who failed in main examination.
