NTSE Syllabus 2020 – Students who are preparing for the NTSE exam must know about the syllabus of the NTSE in order to prepare well for the exam. National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has set the syllabus of NTSE 2020. For both Stage 1 & Stage 2, question papers are created after considering the NTSE 2020 syllabus. Students appearing for the exam must be aware of NTSE syllabus to prepare for the test in a strategic manner. National Talent Search Examination will be conducted on two levels. The state-level, Stage I exam has been conducted on November 2, 3 and 17 respectively. On the other hand, the national level, Stage II exam will be conducted on May 10, 2020. Students need to note that the stage 1 and stage 2 syllabus remains the same, only the difficulty level of the test will vary. Therefore, the difficulty level of the NTSE exam will increase in the case of the stage II exam. NTSE syllabus includes important topics of the Class IX and X syllabus. NTSE 2020 has two parts that are SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and MAT (Mental Ability Test). The MAT section will test students on their thinking ability, reasoning etc. while the SAT is further divided into three sub-sections namely Science, Maths and Social Science. NTSE Syllabus 2020 for SAT

NCERT has not specified any syllabus for NTSE 2019. Those appearing for the exam will have to appear for two papers namely MAT and SAT. NTSE 2020 Preparation Tips

To obtain good marks in both MAT & SAT papers of NTSE 2020, one should follow a few important preparation tips. These tips will guide students to maximize their efforts in short time duration.

  • Divide NTSE syllabus smartly in the remaining time. Afterwards, make a study schedule so that you can focus on all sections.
  • Focus more on your weak sections and devote more time to practice the questions.
  • Create short notes in a simple and precise manner. These handwritten notes help students to understand the concepts easily. This practice also makes the revision process faster.

NTSE syllabus doesn't change every year. This is so that the syllabus of NTSE is entirely based on NCERT. NTSE exam has 2 stages.

When will the official answer keys of ntse 2020 stage 1 uttar pradesh will be released? It is already 1 month from exam. If official answer keys are out please give me the link.

All the states have released NTSE stage 1 answer keys of MAT and SAT examination. The answer keys are available for examination held on 2,3 and 17 November 2019.

The results may be declared in January/February/ March and stage 2 examination will be held in May 2020.

Though i have not given the exame but the expected cutoff for NTSE maharastra stage 1 is observed to be :

  3. SC                 140-150
  4. ST                  126-135
