    The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026-27 is a scholarship programme run by SBI Foundation. Students can apply for SBI Asha Scholarship from July 22 to September 4, 2026.     SBI Asha Scholarship 2026 Eligibility Criteria

    The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship offers scholarships across different education levels. Applicants must meet the specified academic performance, family income and institution-related requirements for their respective category. Check the class-wise and course-wise eligibility criteria below

    School Students: Classes 9 to 12

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 15,000

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Annual family income must be Rs 3 lakh or less.

    Undergraduate: UG (Top 300 NIRF)

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 75,000

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Gross annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must be pursuing an undergraduate programme at an institution ranked among the Top 300 in NIRF Overall Rankings or accredited with NAAC 'A' grade or above.

    Postgraduate: PG (Master's)

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 1,50,000

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Gross annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must be pursuing a postgraduate programme at an institution ranked among the Top 300 in NIRF Overall Rankings or accredited with NAAC 'A' grade or above.

    Medical: MBBS (NEET)

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 2,00,000

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Gross annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must be currently pursuing MBBS at AIIMS or a Top 50 NIRF-ranked medical college.

    • Must have a valid NEET scorecard from the current or previous academic year.

    IIT Students: JEE Advanced

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 2,00,000

    • Must be currently pursuing studies at one of the 23 IITs in India.

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must have a valid JEE Advanced scorecard from the current or previous academic year.

    IIM Students: MBA (CAT)

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 5,00,000

    • Must be currently pursuing studies at one of the 22 IIMs in India.

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must have a valid CAT scorecard from the current or previous academic year.

    Overseas Studies: PG and Higher (Top 200 QS)

    Scholarship Amount: Rs 15,00,000

    • Applicants must be an Indian national.

    • Must have secured at least 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA in the previous academic year.

    • Relaxation to 65% for SC/ST students and 60% for PwBD students.

    • Must be pursuing or hold a valid offer letter for a postgraduate or higher programme at a QS Top 200 university.

    • Annual family income must be Rs 6 lakh or less.

    • Must have a valid GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LNAT or LSAT scorecard from the current or previous academic year.

    • Log in using your registered account. If you are a new applicant, create an account first.

    • Choose the appropriate scholarship category and click Start Application.

    • Enter all the required personal, academic and other details accurately in the respective sections.

    • Upload clear and valid copies of all supporting documents required for your selected scholarship category.

    • Accept the terms and conditions and carefully review all the information displayed in the application preview.

    • Verify all details once again and click Submit. After submission, the application cannot be edited or modified.

    Documents Required for SBI Asha Scholarship 2026-27

    Applicants should keep all the necessary documents ready before starting the SBI Asha Scholarship 2026- 27 application. The documents required may depend on the scholarship category.

    • Marksheets of the previous and latest academic year, such as Class 10, Class 12 or semester marksheets, as applicable.

    • Identity Proof (A valid government-issued photo ID, such as Aadhaar)

    • A recent passport-size photograph.

    • Valid family income proof, such as an income certificate, Form 16A or salary slips.

    • Bank passbook details, with an SBI account preferred.

    • Bonafide certificate or admission proof issued by the educational institution.
