    The Reliance Foundation scholarship 2026-27 applications are open for Indian students pursuing higher education. Reliance Foundation Scholarship applications for the 2026-27 academic year opened on August 14, 2026. First-year UG & PG students can apply for the Reliance Foundation Scholarship till October 5, 2026. Selected undergraduate students can receive up to Rs 2 lakh throughout the duration of their degree, while postgraduate scholars can receive up to Rs 6 lakh over the course of their programme.

    Reliance Foundation UG scholarship applications for the 2026-27 scholarship programme are now open. Eligible students can complete the application process online by accessing the official application link.

    UG Reliance Foundation Scholarship Application Form

    Students need to provide the following information while filling out the application form:

    • Academic information

    • Required supporting documents

    Aptitude Test

    All applicants are required to appear for an online aptitude test. The test will be 60 minutes and will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions. It will assess students across three key areas: verbal ability, analytical and logical ability, and numerical ability.

    Initial Selection

    First-Level Selection: Applications will be evaluated based on a combination of the aptitude test performance, academic record, and personal information provided by the applicants.

    Announcement of Scholars

    Following the evaluation process, up to 5,000 scholars will be selected. The final selection will be based on a merit-cum-means criterion, considering both the applicant's academic merit and financial background.

    Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Reliance Foundation Scholarship

    • Be a resident Indian citizen.

    • Have passed Class 12 with at least 60% marks.

    • Be enrolled in the first year of a regular, full-time undergraduate degree programme in 2026-27.

    • Have a household income of less than Rs 15 lakh. Preference is given to applicants with household income below Rs 2.5 lakh.

    Reliance Foundation Scholarship PG Selection Process

    Reliance Foundation scholarship applications for the 2026-27 scholarship programme are now open. Eligible students must complete the registration and application process through the official scholarship portal. Students must first register on the official website to begin the scholarship application process.

    Reliance Foundation Scholarship Application Form

    After registration, students can complete and submit the application form through the application portal. The application requires the following details and documents:

    • Personal, academic and extracurricular information

    • Academic and professional details

    • Two letters of reference, one highlighting the applicant's academic capabilities and another focusing on their character and leadership qualities

    • A Personal Statement

    • A Statement of Purpose

    • Required supporting documents

    Aptitude Test

    All applicants are required to appear for an online aptitude test. The test will be 60 minutes long and will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions. It will assess candidates on verbal ability, analytical and logical ability, and numerical ability.

    Evaluation Stage

    First-Level Selection: Applications will be evaluated by an expert panel comprising industry professionals, academicians and leaders from relevant fields. The assessment will consider the information and achievements provided in the application.

    Interview Stage

    Second-Level Selection: Candidates shortlisted for the next stage will have access to interview preparation webinars. The shortlisted applicants will then appear for a virtual interview conducted by the expert panel.

    Final Selection

    Following the evaluation and interview stages, up to 100 students will be selected as Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholars. The final selection will be based on merit.

    Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Reliance Foundation Scholarship

    • Be a resident Indian citizen.

    • Be enrolled in the first year of a full-time postgraduate programme in an eligible field.

    Meet one of the following academic requirements:

    • Have secured a GATE score of 550-1,000, OR

    • Have an undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above (or equivalent percentage normalised to CGPA).
