    • Step 1: Visit the AMU website and log in using your Email and password.

    • Step 2: Fill out the form using the Dashboard.

    • Step 3: Candidates can use the single registration to apply to multiple courses.

    • Step 4: Every candidate must register separately to get the unique usernames and passwords to access the dashboard to fill out and track the application forms.

    • Step 5: In case the students forget or lose their password to log in, they can use the “Forgot Password” option, which will be sent to their registered email ID.

    • Step 6: Students must fill out their profile carefully and review it before saving and submitting it for editing or updating later.

    AMU Admission Procedure for Class I

    • Age Limit: The candidate must be between 6 and 8 years as of March 31, 2026. The student must be born between April 1, 2018, and March 31, 2020 (both days inclusive).

    • Admission is done through a draw of lots.

    AMU Admission Procedure for Class VI and IX

    • Age Limit for Class VI: Candidates must be aged between 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2026, i.e., he/she must be born between April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2016 (including both days).

    • Age limit for Class IX: The candidate must be born between April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2013 (including both days). He/she must be aged between 13 to 15 years as of March 31, 2026.

    • Students must pass class V from a registered and recognised school by a competent government authority or be affiliated with an approved Public Examination Board for AMU admission to class VI. Whereas the students applying for class IX must pass class VIII.

    • The AMU admission for classes VI and IX will be through the written test and interview, carrying 85 and 15 marks, respectively.

    • Candidates will be called for an interview based on the written test performance of at least 40%.

    • The AMU Admission test paper syllabus for classes VI and IX will be prescribed by the CBSE/NCERT.

    • Candidates will have a duration of 2 hours to write the admission test.
