Kerala SSLC exam is conducted by Kerala Board of Public Examinations (KBPE) in March every year. This year they were conducted between March 13 and 27, 2019. Students studying in class 10 in Government/ Aided/ Unaided (Recognised) schools and who have passed class 9 were eligible to appear for Kerala SSLC exam. They must also have studied class 10 from a school affiliated to the board. The exam duration for each subject varies from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. In 2018, more than 4,40,000 students appeared for Kerala SSLC. In addition, 1,300 students wrote the exam from the Gulf countries and Lakshadweep. The result of Kerala SSLC has been released on May 6, in the online mode.
In order to prepare for Kerala 10th board, students must download and solve as many Kerala SSLC sample papers/ questions papers as possible. This makes them familiar with the exam pattern, marking scheme and the questions doing rounds year after year.

The tips given will help students score well in the Kerala SSLC 2019 Board exam:
Kerala SSLC exam is held in March every year. Students have to score 35 percent to clear Kerala SSLC exam. Knowing the exam pattern help students to be familiar with the marking scheme, number of questions, and types of questions asked in the exam. This in turn helps students to prepare for their exam in an effective manner. Students who are appearing for Kerala SSLC exam should practice previous years’ question papers to boost their time management skill and accuracy.
Students must solve the last year papers and sample papers to understand what to prepare and how difficult the exam paper is. Last year's question papers is available on the official website of the board. Students can easy download the same.
The Kerala SSLC admit card can be downloaded online. The SSLC admit card has been released in the first week of February. To download the admit card, students have to enter their name and date of birth. Students must keep the Kerala SSLC until the declaration of the result.
