CGBSE 10th Model Question Papers 2025- Marking Scheme
Chhattisgarh board class 10th exam is segregated into two parts- Theory and Projects. It is compulsory for students to appear in both exams. The theory exam consists of 75 marks, whereas the project is of 25 marks. The project work will be for all the subjects including Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Maths, etc.
The duration of the CGBSE class 10th theory exam is 3 hours. Questions will be asked in the CGBSE 10th model question papers 2025 strictly as per the latest CGBSE Class 10th syllabus. Students should make sure that they read the entire syllabus before starting the preparation. So that they will have an idea about the topics and exam pattern. The difficulty level of questions will be as follows:
- 30% - Easy
- 50% -Average
- 20% - Difficult
Along with the theory exam, there will be a practical/project exam for 25 marks. This exam will be conducted for all the subjects including Hindi, Sanskrit and English.
Marking scheme for Hindi, English, and Sanskrit project work is as follows:
- 15 Marks are for projects which can be based on Textbook, Creativity, and Grammar.
- 5 Marks are for the viva exam.
- 5 marks are for the written exam.
CGBSE Class10th Science practical exam includes:
- 3 experiments from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for 15 marks.
- Viva/record for 5 marks
- Project work for 5 marks
CGBSE Class10th Maths project work includes:
- 3 projects from Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry respectively for 5 marks each.
- 5 marks for Viva and 5 marks will be awarded for the written exam.
CGBSE Class10th Social Science project work includes:
- 15 marks projects from History, Geography, Polity, and Economics.
- 5 marks are given to Viva and 5 marks for the written exam.
