The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) determines the TBSE Madhyamik exam pattern 2025. Students can check the TBSE Madhyamik exam pattern through model papers in a PDF format from the official website, tbse.tripura.gov.in. The TBSE madhyamik exam will be held for 100 marks, out of which the theory paper will carry 80 marks and the remaining 20 marks will be based on the internal assessment.

Most exams will be held for 3 hours and 15 minutes, except for the subjects that are divided into two parts, such as social science and science. The social science Part 1 and Part 2 exam will be held for 1 hour and 30 minutes each. However, for science, students will get 1 hour and 15 minutes to answer Biology questions and 2 hours for Physics and Chemistry papers.

The TBSE Madhyamik Social Science paper is divided into two parts, Economics and Contemporary India and India, Contemporary World and Democratic Politics. The Tripura board Madhyamik Science question paper will be divided into two parts, Biology and Physics and Chemistry. The TBSE 10th Biology paper will carry 30 marks and will be held for 1 hour and 15 minutes while Physics and Chemistry paper will carry 50 marks in total and will be held for 2 hours. The Tripura board maths theory paper will carry 80 marks in total. The examination will be held for 3 hours and 15 minutes. The TBSE 10th maths question paper will be divided into 6 sections, A, B, C, D, E and F. Check out the exam pattern below:

The TBSE 10th maths (basic) question will carry 80 marks. It will be divided into five sections, A, B, C, D and E. There will be MCQ-based questions, 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks, 4 marks and 5 marks questions. Students must read the questions carefully and answer all of them.

In the TBSE madhyamik English paper, there will be three sections, including reading, grammar and writing and literature. The question paper will carry 80 marks in total. While answering the “Reading” section, students must read the passage carefully before answering the questions. There will be “or” questions, where students can choose to answer any one of the questions.

The TBSE Madhyamik exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks, with 80 marks for theory paper and 20 marks for internal assessment.
The TBSE class 10 exams 2025 will be held tentatively in March 2025.
The social science paper will be divided into two parts, part 1 (Economics and Geography) and part 2 (History and Political Science). Both papers will carry 40 marks each.

If you get compartment in only one subject then you can appear for the compartment exam and don't need to appear for whole one year to repeat even in two subject compartment you can appear for the compartment exam and clear in the same year itself for having compartment in more than two subjects it is considered and fail and you need to repeat.

The practical dates for TBSE HS class 12 2020 of Biology, chemistry, geography, home management, home nursing, nutrition, physics and psychology will be held during 2nd January,2020 to 31st January,2020. You need to contact your school for the exact dates as to when it is going to be held.
The practical examination in statistics will be held on 17th January,2020 at 11:00 a.m.
The practical examination for music is on 12th and 13th February,2020 at Bani Vidyapith Girls's H.S. School, Agartala at 11:00 a.m.
