Hello,

Yes, you can get a migration certificate after completing the 10th as a private candidate from the Madhya Pradesh (MP) Board. Here are the key points:

  1. Eligibility – Private candidates who pass the 10th exam from the MP Board are eligible for a migration certificate.
  2. Application Process – Apply through the official MP Board website or visit the regional office.
  3. Required Documents – Marksheet, admit card, ID proof, and application form.
  4. Fees – A nominal fee is required for issuance.
  5. Processing Time – Generally takes a few weeks.

Hope it helps !

No, generally you cannot use your 9th class TC from CBSE for 11th admission with your 10th class marksheet from the MP Board as a private candidate, as the Transfer Certificate (TC) needs to be from the same board and for the class you are seeking admission to (i.e., 10th standard in this case).

Since you appeared as a private candidate in the MP Board 10th exam, you won't receive a TC from them.Using a TC from a different board (CBSE 9th) for a different board's 11th admission might not be accepted by most schools.

Instead Reach out to the school where you want to take admission and inquire about their specific requirements for private candidates. Some schools might accept a statement from you confirming that you appeared as a private candidate in the MP 10th exam, along with your marksheet.

If you have a migration certificate from the CBSE board, it might be helpful to submit it alongside your 10th marksheet to prove your previous schooling.

GOOD LUCK!!
