MP Board Class 10 Science Syllabus 2026 (Out): Chapter-wise Topics & Marks
The Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh (MPBSE) has released the MP Board High School Science exam syllabus 2025-26. Students appearing for the MPBSE 10th exams must go through the updated MPBSE 10th Science syllabus 2025-26.
The MP 10th Science syllabus includes a total of 13 chapters, covering topics across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The Science subject is assessed through a theory paper of 75 marks and the practical/internal assessment carries 25 marks, making up a total of 100 marks. The duration of the theory exam is 3 hours. Among the chapters, some carry more weightage and are quite important, such as Life Processes and Light - Reflection and Refraction, both carrying 8 marks each. Other significant chapters include Chemical Reactions and Equations (7 marks), Control and Coordination (6 marks), Acids, Bases and Salts (6 marks), and Carbon and Its Compounds (6 marks).
