The GSEB has released the academic calendar for Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12. Students can check the GSEB academic calendar 2026 below or from the official website. This GSEB academic calendar will help the students to know all the expected Gujarat Board exam dates in advance and prepare accordingly.
The Gujarat Board exams for Class 10th and 12th (all streams) will run from February 26 to March 16, 2026. The GSEB annual school examinations for Class 9 and 11 (all streams) will be conducted from April 9, 2026, to April 20, 2026.
The Gujarat Board subject school level theory and practical examination for Class 10 and 12 (all streams) will be held from January 30, 2026, to February 3, 2026. The GSEB practical examination for Class 12 (Vocational/Professional stream) is planned from February 5, 2026, to February 13, 2026.
The first exam for students of Class 9 to 12 (all streams) will be conducted from 11th September 11 to 20, 2025. The preliminary or second exam for classes 9 to 12 (all streams) is set from January 16, 2026, to January 24, 2026. An Avidity Detection Test for Class 9 is scheduled for January 28, 2026.
Students can know the GSEB SSC/HSC exam dates in advance and prepare accordingly/ They have the whole year to prepare for the exam. Check below the dates for the GSEB 10th exam and the Gujarat Board 12th exam.

The above examinations are to be conducted as follows.
For the academic year 2025-26, the complete syllabus of Std-9 to 12 will be applicable.
For the first exam of Std-9 to 12, the syllabus from June to August will be applicable.
For the preliminary exam of Std-10 and 12, the complete Gujarat Board 10th syllabus and GSEB 12th syllabus will be applicable.
For the second exam of Std-9 and 11, the syllabus from June to December will be applicable.
For the Std-10 and 12 board exams and the Std-9 and 11 annual exams, the complete syllabus will be applicable.
It is important to note that if the Government makes any changes to the dates of the public holidays listed, those changes will take effect in advance. Additionally, the provided list does not include public holidays that fall on Sundays or during vacation periods.
