The GSEB pre-board exams are the prelims or secondary examinations, where students will be tested based on the entire GSEB syllabus for 10th and 12th. Whereas, the 9th and 11th pre-board exams are held based on the syllabus completed until December 2025. Students have to follow the complete GSEB SSC syllabus, GSEB std 11th syllabus, and GSEB HSC syllabus for all standards 9 to 12 for the academic year 2025-26.
The board will conduct the Gujarat Board pre-board examination from the complete syllabus for Classes 10 and 12.
For Classes 9 and 11, the GSEB syllabus for the pre-board exam will be followed from June to December. 30% of the syllabus will be taken from June to August, and 70% will be from September to December.
