Students must be studying in a college/school or university recognised by the government of India or in Uttar Pradesh.

Students need to visit the official website at scholarship.up.gov.in
Go to the ‘Menu’ option and click on the link for ‘Student’ to register for a fresh scholarship.
Enter the required details by clicking on the relevant link.
Create your password correctly and submit the form.
Note down your application number generated on the screen.
After completing the registration, go to the homepage of the official website.
Open UP Scholarship 2025 login.
Choose the type of fresh scholarship you want to apply for and click on the relevant link.
