The RTE UP admission application forms have been released online on the official website, rte25.upsdc.gov.in. The scheme is for children from disadvantaged / economically weaker sections. Students seeking admission under the UP RTE 2025-26 scheme must meet certain eligibility criteria. The applying child should be between 3 and 6 years of age, and the student’s family must fulfil all the requirements laid down for the economically weaker section (EWS). Students can check the UP RTE admission application process below:
Visit the Official Portal: Go to rte25.upsdc.gov.in.
Student Registration: Click on the "Online Application/Student Login" link and fill in the required basic details.

Complete the Form: Log in using the registration ID and password, and complete the full application form
District - Select your district from the drop-down list.
Town / Block - Select your town from the list, whether it is a Nagar Nigam (Municipal Corporation), Nagar Palika (Municipality), or Nagar Panchayat.
Full Name of Student* - Enter the full name of the child.
Mobile No: Enter your mobile number on which you wish to receive information.
Date of Birth: Enter the child's date of birth according to the format (Day / Month / Year). For example, the date of birth for a child born on March 23, 2013, will be written as 23/03/2013.
Gender- Click on one option from Male / Female / Other.
Class- This (The sentence cuts off here.)

Once the details are filled in, note down the UP RTE Registration Number as shown below and click on the ‘Complete the Form’ button to complete the registration process
Upload all necessary supporting documents (see list below) in the required format and size.

Applicants can select their desired school(s) from the drop-down list shown below, with the choice ranging from a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of ten (10) schools. Once the CAPTCHA is filled, click the ‘SAVE’ button to finalise your selection.

Once the RTE UP application form is complete, the applicant must review their application on the "Student Form 2018 Preview" page. It is essential to carefully check all details and correct any errors found. If all the information is correct, click "Lock and Final Print" to complete the submission.

If students have to change any of the information given, click on the “EDIT” button and change the given details.

Review the form and click the 'Final Lock' button to apply. Print the final submitted RTE UP application form for your records.

After taking the final print, the window below will open so that you will know whether the RTE UP application has been completed or not
