Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education (UPBME) will release the UP Board madarsa time table for the Munshi, Maulvi, Alim, Kamil, and Fazil in January. The UP Board Madrasa exam will be held in February 2026. The UP Board madarsa time table PDF will be published on the official website of the UP Madarsa Board, madarsaboard.upsdc.gov.in/Default.aspx. Last year, the UP Board Madrasa exams for Munshi (Secondary Persian), Maulvi (Secondary Arabic), and Alim (Senior Secondary Arabic/Persian) were held from February 17 to February 22, 2025.

At the primary and junior high school levels, designated as Tathania (Primary) and Faukania (Junior High School), there are a combined total of 14,677 Madarsas. Moving up to the higher education level, known as Alia, which includes the degree and post-graduate courses like Munshi, Maulvi, Alim, Kamil, and Fazil, the state is served by 4,536 Madarsas.
