CBSE Improvement Exam 2026 Class 10th 12th - Dates, Application, Fees
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) provides a second chance for students who have compartmental results or want to improve their marks in the CBSE board exam. The CBSE improvement exam 2026 is being conducted for both Class 10 and Class 12. After the CBSE results, the application forms for the CBSE improvement exams have been made available on the official website at cbse.gov.in. For Class 12, the applications started on June 2, 2026.

CBSE Improvement Exam Fee 2026
The fee payment details for the CBSE improvement exam 2026 for Class 10 have been mentioned below for the students. After the deadline, students will have to pay Rs 2000 in addition to the normal prescribed fee.

Students can make themselves familiar with the CBSE improvement exam fee payment method 2026 before completing the application process.
(A) Fees for all activities are accepted only through the following digital payment modes by CBSE:
- India: Debit Card/Credit Card/NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Net banking
- Other Countries, including Nepal: Debit Card/Credit Card
(B) Before payment of the fee, schools can take a printout of the LOC in the form of a checklist. Once the fee is paid, the final LOC will be printed, and no correction could be made in the online or offline mode thereafter.
