Students were able to apply for the CBSE 10th revaluation/reverification 2026 from August 16 to 19, 2026. They were required to submit the application form online from the official website at cbse.gov.in. The CBSE Class 10 revaluation/reverification result 2026 is expected to be released in September 2026.

The CBSE 10th application for obtaining scanned copies of answer sheets was done from August 5 to 9, 2026. Previously, the board released the CBSE 10th result 2026 for the main and second exams on April 15, 2026 and July 18, 2026, respectively. The CBSE board has introduced a revised and more transparent system this year. Students can now first obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer book before applying for verification or re-evaluation. Students must note that, as per the revised CBSE revaluation/verification process, they can only apply for verification or re-evaluation after obtaining a photocopy of their answer sheet. They can apply for CBSE Class 10 result verification online by following the steps given below:
Visit the official website: cbse.gov.in.
Click on the link for ‘CBSE 10th Result Verification 2026’.
Select the required service (Photocopy / Verification / Re-evaluation).
Enter the application number and roll number.
Fill in the required details carefully.
Submit the application form.
Pay the applicable fee through online payment modes.
Download the confirmation page for future reference.
The fee structure for CBSE 10th result verification services is given in the table below. Students should carefully select the service before making payment, as fees are usually non-refundable. The application fee for the application of evaluated answer sheets and verification of marks has been reduced to Rs 300/- from Rs 500/-.

After submitting a request for CBSE 10th result verification or re-evaluation, the board processes the application as per the selected service. Students should understand what to expect once the request is successfully submitted.
During verification of marks, CBSE checks for totalling errors, missing entries, or any unevaluated answers.
In the case of re-evaluation, only the specific questions requested by the student are rechecked for marking accuracy.
If there is any change in marks, it may either increase or decrease. The revised marks will be reflected in the final marksheet issued by CBSE.
