Below is the step by step guidelines given to fill the KV admission form online for class 1st.
Step 1 - Visit the official website of kvsonlineadmission.in.
Step 2 - Now click on the ‘New Registration’.
Step 3 - Fill the required details and click on the ‘submit’ button.
Step 4 - After successful registration, a unique login code’ will be provided.
Step 5 - The Login Code obtained after registration should be used to login and fill the online application form.
Step 5 - Now fill the application form and upload the required documents.
Step 6 - Once the application form is submitted successfully, a unique Application Submission Code will be assigned, which is different from the Login Code.
This must be noted that the application will not be submitted until the Application submission code is assigned from the online admission portal. This application code must be kept carefully, as this will be needed during admission.

Handicapped candidates are required a certificate from a civil surgeon or rehabilitation center. The candidate can be also accepted without a certificate if the handicap of the child can be visually seen by the principal.
There will be 40 seats per section for admission in class 1st.
Out of the total number of seats, 15% seats will be reserved for SC and 7.5% will be reserved for ST.
In phase I, 10 seats out of 40 seats will be filled by a lottery system from all applications of SC/ST/EWS/BPL/OBC.
In phase II, remaining seats will be filled as per the existing Priority category system.
The remaining seats will be available for admission under the order of Priority of Category.
There will be no admission test for class 2nd to 8th.
The admission will be granted on the priority category system.
If the number of applications are more than the number of seats available then lottery system will be followed in each category including single girl child quota (Class VI onwards).
KV will conduct an admission test for the admissions in class 9th.
There will be a single paper comprised of Hindi, English, Maths, Social Science and Science.
The test duration will be 3 hours and the test will be a total of 100 marks.
A student has to secure a minimum of 33% marks to qualify for admission.
Students of the SC/ST/PH category will be eligible for admission by scoring 25% in aggregate.
Based on the performance in that test, a merit list will be prepared.
The admission in various streams like Science, Commerce, and Arts in class 11th will entirely depend upon the marks of students in class 10th.

2. Commerce: A minimum of 55% Marks in all subjects.

A student must attain the age of 5 as on March 31, 2020, to fill the Kendriya Vidyalaya admission form 2020 for class 1.
Kendriya Vidyalaya provides 2 years of relaxation in maximum age limit for differently-abled students.

3rd priority: children of transferable and non-transferable State Government personnel.
