AP Scholarships 2024-25 - Eligibility Criteria

Post-Matric Scholarships Scheme

Must have passed 10th class.


Must have aggregate 75% attendance in the previous year


Family annual income to be less than or equal to Rs. 2.50 lakhs


No member of the family should be an income tax payee.


Domicile: Andhra Pradesh

Pre-Matric Scholarships Scheme

Family income shall not be more than Rs 2 Lakhs (SC/ST/BC/Disabled students)


Students must be studying in classes 5th to 10th (SC/ST/Disabled)


Must be studying in classes 9th to 10th (for BC community candidates)

YSR Vidyonnathi Scheme

Students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Brahmin/Kapu


are eligible.


Students preparing for all India civil services, and state group services are eligible to apply


Must be a graduate


Family income shall not exceed Rs 6 lakhs per annum

Ambedkar Overseas Vidyanidhi scheme

Students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Brahmin/Kapu communities


Family income should not exceed Rs.6 lakh per anum

Skill Upgradation Scheme

Must be a graduate or should be studying in the final year (SC students)


Family income should not exceed Rs 2 lahks per annum.

Gayathri Scheme for Academic Excellence

Must be studying in Class 10th, 12th, UG, PG or vocation courses (For Brahmin students)

Must be willing to pursue MBBS, PG, or PhD overseas ( Kapu, Balija Ontari, and Telaga castes)

How to Fill AP Scholarship 2024-25 Form?

AP scholarships 2024-25 application forms are accepted in online mode. The AP scholarship application form will be available at jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in. Candidates can fill out their forms online through the following steps:

  • Browse the official website or Andhra Pradesh scholarship portal: jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in.
  • On the home page, click on the “Scholarship” link.
  • Download the Jnanabhumi Scholarship Application Form (JSAF) or you can collect it from the college.
  • Fill in the details carefully and submit the signed copy of the same to the college principal.
  • The college principal verifies all the details filled in the JSAF and submits the same online on the Jnanabhumi website.

  • To access the online application form, go to the Mee Seva portal and enter your Aadhaar number and application id.
  • Make any required changes before submitting the application form with biometric authentication.

Renewal of AP Scholarship 2024-25

Students who have registered for AP scholarships in the previous year need to apply for renewal to avail scholarship. For this, they can follow the given steps:

  • Visit the website, jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in
  • Select the login option.
  • Enter your login id, password, and other information.
  • Select the Renewal Registration Form.
  • Enter your Aadhar number and the previous year's application number.
  • The application form will get displayed.
  • Change any details, such as the course, school, bank account, mobile number, and so on.
  • Submit the renewal application.

The concerned HWO later verifies the renewal application and forwards it to the District Welfare Officer. DWO checks the student's information and approves the scholarship.
