The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) released the GSEB 10th results 2026 on May 6, 2026, at 8 AM. As per the board's recent policy, official GSEB SSC topper lists carrying individual names and ranks are generally not released to reduce academic pressure on students. However, the board provides comprehensive GSEB SSC result 2026 statistics and district-wise performance data. This year, 83.86% students passed the GSEB SSC exam.

The GSEB Class 10 toppers list is generally not released by the board. Instead, it provides key performance details such as the overall pass percentage, along with district-wise results and school-wise statistics. We have provided those statistics to students here on this page.
Among the best-performing centres, Jalkansa in Mehsana district and Bholad in Bhavnagar district each recorded an impressive pass percentage of 99.11%, while Aanjol in Gandhinagar district achieved a perfect 100% result. In contrast, the lowest-performing centres were Ambav in Kheda district, which recorded a pass percentage of 29.56%, and Munkhosla in Dahod district with 33.74%.

In terms of medium-wise performance among regular candidates, the pass percentage in the English medium remained almost stable, slightly declining from 92.58% to 92.50%. Meanwhile, Gujarati medium students showed improvement, with the pass percentage rising from 81.79% to 82.67%. Similarly, Hindi medium candidates also recorded a modest increase, with results improving from 76.47% to 77.20%.
So, English medium students continue to dominate with an over 92% pass rate, although it saw a slight dip. Gujarati and Hindi medium students showed gradual improvement, which is a positive sign of narrowing gaps, though a noticeable difference still exists between mediums.

The district-wise data shows a generally positive trend in 2026, with many districts either improving or maintaining stable performance compared to 2025 and 2024.
One of the key highlights is that Narmada (90.85%) and Banaskantha (90.19%) have emerged as the top-performing districts in 2026, both crossing the 90% mark. Close behind are Morbi (89.13%), Gandhinagar (88.79%), and Aravalli (88.88%), indicating strong academic performance across several regions.
