1a	Caste Certificate	Issued by the respective authority for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe children, including sub-divisional officer/tehsildar/district collector's certified document.
2	Disability Certificate	Issued by a civil surgeon/medical officer with a minimum 40% disability mentioned in the certificate.
3	HIV/AIDS Affected Children Certificate	Certified by a civil surgeon/medical officer.
4	Children of COVID-19 Affected/Deceased Parents	Certified document confirming death due to COVID-19 from a recognised authority, a valid death certificate, or Form No. 4.
5	Orphan Children	Certified document from the child welfare committee.
6	Economically Weaker Section	Proof of annual income from the employer, such as salary slips for the financial years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
7	Single Mother Applicants	Proof of status from a competent authority, such as a court decree or government-issued document.
8	Women from Judicially Separated/Abandoned Marriages	Relevant court documents or government-issued certificates proving separation or abandonment.
9	Widow Women	(1) Husband's death certificate, (2) Widow's pension or other government-issued proof of widow status.
10	Aadhaar Card	Aadhaar card of the parent/guardian and child. Ensure it is correctly linked to the application.
11	Birth Certificate	Issued by the municipal corporation/panchayat. It should match the date of birth entered in the application.
12	Ration Card/Residence Proof	Ration card, utility bill, or other government-issued document showing the address.
