Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan accepts the KV fees of Class 1 to 12 on a quarterly basis. The Kendriya Vidyalaya fees payment facility is made available in online, offline, mobile banking, and PoS modes. The portal for first-quarter KV online fee payment opens in May 2026. Students/parents will be able to pay the Kendriya Vidyalaya fees online 2026-27 through the official website of KVS: kvsangathan.nic.in. For offline fee payment, students must submit the generated KV fees challan and fees to the branch of Union Bank of India. They must have a 15-digit unique student ID and Date of birth to make a payment. Students have to submit the Kendriya Vidyalaya fees 2026-27 in the first 15 days of every quarter. Step 2 - On the home page check “Pay Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Online” and click on the link provided.
Step 3 - After clicking on the link, a new login window will appear. Login using the 15 digit Student Unique ID and Date of Birth and the given captcha. Now click on the submit button.
Step 4 - All the fee details of students will appear on the screen.
Step 5 - Enter the mobile number and email ID.
