Kendriya Vidyalaya fees 2019 - Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) provides the facility of online as well as offline submission of KV fees 2019 for students enrolled in class 1 to 12. For admissions in KV 2019, the registration process started from March 1, 2019 for Class 1 and from April 2, 2019, for classes 2 and above. Once the student is granted admission, he/she is required to pay the Kendriya Vidyalaya fees 2019. Students are provided the Student Unique ID from the school and they are required to enter this Unique ID number and Date of Birth as login credentials to pay the fees of Kendriya Vidyalaya 2019 online. For offline mode, students are required to fill the challan copy received from school or also can be generated from the Union Bank of India website and pay the required Kendriya Vidyalaya fees 2019 in any branch of UBI. KV fees 2019 includes the admission fee, re-admission fee, tuition fee etc. It also includes the computer fund, computer science fee and fee for Computer Education from class 3 onwards. Students must note that they have to pay the KV fees 2019 Vikas Nidhi which is common to class 1 till 12 for KV admission. However, the girl students are exempted from paying the KV tuition fees. KVS provides the facility for exemption of Kendriya Vidyalaya fees 2019 to some categories of students mentioned below.
Girls students from class 1 to 12
ST/ SC students
Children of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan employees
Concession of exemption from payment of tuition fee, computer fund and VVN for children of armed forces and paramilitary forces
Children of officers and men of armed forces and paramilitary personnel killed or disabled during the hostilities.
Children of parents having BPL card
Girl students from class 6 to 8 who is the only child in the family
Emergency assistance to the students
Please note that exemption of VVN for one academic session is allowed.
In order to pay the fee, all the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan must have the 15 digit student unique ID.

Login using the Student Unique ID and D.O.B. (date of birth).
Pay the fee using debit card/ mobile banking/ PoS.
For offline payment, follow the instructions below
System generated challan is provided to the students/parents by the school.
Students can also generate the challan by logging to the KVS website or Union Bank of India website. To do so click on “Download Challan Form”.
Fill all the necessary details in the challan form and pay the required fees in the nearby branch of Union Bank of India.
Once the fee is submitted in the bank, the applicant should take the printed KV fees receipt/ Challan and submit it in the school to the respective class teacher.
Candidates are advised to keep the printed KV fees receipt for future reference.
In case of loss of original KV fee receipt, students can generate a duplicate copy as many times by logging on to the link provided by the UBI website or KVS website using the 15 digit student unique id and date of birth.
Students must observe the details such as name, class, admission no. and fee amount are mentioned in the challan copy and in case of discrepancies, they can contact the school for the necessary corrections.
Ques- What is “Student Unique ID”?
Ans- It is a fifteen digit number which will be mentioned in the challan copy and is a system generated number which is based on the students’ information given by the KV into the system database.
Ques- Where can I get the KV fees challan?
Ans- The challan for Kendriya Vidyalaya fees is provided to students or parents by the School or the applicant can also download it from the website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
Ques - On the challan for fees, bank account number is not mentioned for deposit of fee, then in which bank account fee is to be deposited.
Ans - The fees received from KV students is deposited in the “KV Main fee Account” with UBI (Union Bank of India). The mentioned point no 2 and 3 in the fee challan provides clarification to the bank official for deposit of fee in branch. In case parents face any difficulty, they may ask the concerned bank official to read the point no 2 and 3 in fee challan.
Ques- How should I pay the fees for Kendriya Vidyalaya?
Ans - The fees is collected on a quarterly basis during the months of January, April, July, and October for respective quarters.
Ques - How can I pay the fees of KV through offline mode?
Ans - You can pay cash as well as Union Bank Cheque at any of the Union Bank branches in India.
Ques- I have lost the original fee receipt provided by the bank. Can I get the duplicate copy of it?Ans - Yes, you can get the duplicate copy of the receipt as many times by logging on to the link provided by the Union Bank of India website or Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website using your details like Date of birth and the Student unique ID.
Ques- What are the online modes of payment?
Ans - You can pay in online mode through all major commercial banks and through Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards.
Ques- What is PoS mode of fee payment?Ans - The terminals for PoS will be installed by the Bank at the Schools wherever there is no nearby branch of UBI. Each school will nominate one school staff for collection of fee through the PoS at the level of school.
