Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi Admissions 2026-27: Last Date, Fees, Eligibility Criteria
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has started the KV Delhi admission application process from March 20, 2026. The registration forms for Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi Admissions 2026-27 for Class 1 have been available online at admission.kvs.gov.in. Whereas, the KVS Delhi admission 2026-27 vacancies from Class 2 onwards will be released in offline mode through the respective schools only. Registration for Class 2 and above (except for Class 11) will be conducted from April 2 to 8, 2026.

Last year, KVS started the online registration for KVS Class 1 Delhi from March 7 to March 21, 2025. The KV admission form for Class 11 will be released after the Class 10 board exam results declaration in May 2026. Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi Admissions 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria
To get central school admission in Delhi (KV Delhi) from classes 1 to 10, students must be of a certain age. There is a minimum mark criterion for admission in various streams of class 11. The age limit and minimum marks or admission prescribed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan are provided in the tables below.

KV Delhi Admissions 2026-27
Fresh admissions are made in Class 1 in KV Delhi. For classes 2 onwards (except for class 9), admissions are made through the Priority Category System for the vacant seats only. Check the Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi admissions procedure 2026-27 below.
KV Delhi Class 1 Admission
Admission to KVS Class 1 is done online. Students can register online at kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
Registration forms are also available on the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan mobile app.
Fill in the required details and submit the form along with the required documents.
The list of selected students for KV in Delhi will be declared by the respective schools.
KV Delhi Class 2 to 8 Admission
KV in Delhi Admissions 2026-27 for classes 2 to 8 will be made on vacant seats only through the priority category allotment system.
KVS Delhi Class 9 Admission
Admission to class 9 will be done in offline mode. The admission test for admissions in KV in Delhi Class 9 has been withdrawn, and admissions will be given as per the priority category system.
KVS Class 10 and 12 Admission
Admission in classes 10 and 12 in KV Delhi is subject to vacancy.
KV Class 11 Admission
There are minimum qualifying marks for admission in class 11.
Admissions are done offline in the respective schools only.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi Admissions 2026-27: Reservation of Seats
KVS provides reservations to SC/ST, economically weaker sections and physically disabled students as mentioned below.
