How to Apply for KVS Balvatika Admission 2025-26?

The KV balvatika-1 and 3 admissions commenced on March 7 and went up till March 24, 2025, while admission to KVS Balvatika-2 will be held from April 2 to April 11, 2025. Check out the general registration process for KVS Balvatika 2025-26 below.

• For admission to KV Balvatika-1 and 3, parents and guardians must fill out the online registration form. The KV Balvatika-1 and 3 admission form is made available online through the official website, kvsangathan.nic.in.
• Parents will have to personally go to their chosen Kendriya Vidyalaya school to complete the registration process for admission to KVS Balvatika-2. The registration form can be obtained from the respective schools. They must accurately fill out the registration form and submit it along with the documents. The admission to KVS Balvatika-2 will depend on the availability of seats in class.

KVS Balvatika Admission 2025-26 Eligibility Age Criteria

The minimum age requirement for admission to Balvatika-1 is 3 years old. The age calculation for all Balvatika classes will be based on the child's age as of March 31, 2025 (children born on April 1 should also be included).

• On the home page go to "Educational" and then click on "Entry".
• After that look for the "Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Admission Notice 2025-26".
• In the notice, a link to apply online for Balvatika 1 and 3 will be provided.
• Click on the link and fill out the KVS Balvatika 1 and 3 registration form 2025-26.
• Submit the form along with the required documents such as candidates' passport size photograph, birth certificate etc.
• After the submission, an application submission code and list of original documents will be displayed on the screen. Parents must submit the original documents listed at the time of admission.
• Make sure to note down the application submission code and original documents list. as it will come in handy during the final admission process.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika-III Admission 2025-26 - Fee Structure

The fee structure for KVS Balvatika - 3 admission is similar to that class 1. The regular classes will be held for 3 hours a day five days a week. KVS has not prescribed any uniforms for students.
