How to Apply for KV Balvatika Admission 2026-27?

The KV Balvatika-1 and 3 admissions will commence on March 20, 2026, while admission to KVS Balvatika-2 will be held from April 15, 2026. Check out the general registration process for KVS Balvatika 2026-27 below.

• For admission to KV Balvatika-1 and 3, parents and guardians must fill out the online registration form. The KV Balvatika-1 and 3 admission forms are made available online through the official website, admission.kvs.gov.in.
• Parents will have to personally go to their chosen Kendriya Vidyalaya school to complete the registration process for admission to KVS Balvatika-2. The registration form can be obtained from the respective schools. They must accurately fill out the registration form and submit it along with the documents. The admission to KVS Balvatika-2 will depend on the availability of seats in the class.

KVS Balvatika Admission 2026-27 Eligibility Age Criteria

The minimum age requirement for admission to Balvatika-1 is 3 years old. The age calculation for all Balvatika classes will be based on the child's age as of March 31, 2026 (children born on April 1 should also be included).

Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika-I and 3 Admission 2026-27 Process

The admission to KV Balvatika-1 and 3 is done online. Parents/guardians must fill out the online registration form carefully and submit it along with the required documents. Check out the general instructions below:

• Visit the official website, admission.kvs.gov.in.
• On the home page, go to "Educational" and then click on "Entry".
• After that, look for the "Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Admission Notice 2026-27".
• In the notice, a link to apply online for Balvatika 1 and 3 will be provided.
• Click on the link and fill out the KVS Balvatika 1 and 3 registration form 2026-27.
• Submit the form along with the required documents, such as the candidate's passport-size photograph, birth certificate, etc.
• After the submission, the application submission code and the list of original documents will be displayed on the screen. Parents must submit the original documents listed at the time of admission.
• Make sure to note down the application submission code and the original documents list, as they will come in handy during the final admission process.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika-III Admission 2026-27 - Fee Structure

The fee structure for KVS Balvatika - 3 admission is similar to that of class 1. The regular classes will be held for 3 hours a day, five days a week. KVS has not prescribed any uniforms for students.
