Chettinad Vidyashram, Rajah Annamalaipuram

Chettinad Vidyashram enrols students in their schools starting from Kindergarten to Class IX. The school authorities release notification in local newspapers along with Chettinad Vidyashram website: chettinadvidyashram.org. 

After the release of official notification, the admission forms can be collected from the Chettinad Vidyashram office on all working days between 10 am to 3 pm. The completely filled in application forms are to be submitted along with the mandatory list of documents given.

• A pan card size recent photograph of the parents.

• A recent passport size photograph of the child.

• Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate (Not necessary if online generated)/ Community Certificate (SC, ST, MBC & BC)/ Aadhar Card.

List of documents along with Chettinad Vidyashram Admission form for UKG to Std IX

• A pan card size recent photograph of the parents.

• A recent passport size photograph of the child.

• Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate (Not necessary if online generated)/ Community Certificate (SC, ST, MBC & BC)/ Aadhar Card/ EMIS number for Std I-XI/ School Report Card of term-I.

List of documents along with Chettinad Vidyashram Admission form for Std XI

• A pan card size recent photograph of the parents.

• A recent passport size photograph of the child.

• Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate (Not necessary if online generated)/ Community Certificate (SC, ST, MBC & BC)/ EMIS number for Std XI/ Aadhar Card/ Mark list of half-yearly examination term -I.

• Pre K.G.: 2 years as on 31st March of year of seeking admission

• Mon I: 2 years 6 months as on 31st March of year of seeking admission

• LKG : 3 years as on 31st March of the year of seeking admission
