Admission to Gurukul, Kurukshetra, is based on the availability of seats, candidates' performance in the entrance examination and counselling. The admission will be taken for students from classes 5th to 9th and class 11th. There will be no new admissions in classes 10th and 12th. Refer to the general admission process below:

• Once the prospectus is released, fill in the application form.

• Submit the duly filled-in application form within the specified timeframe.

• Appear for the Gurukul Kurukshetra entrance exam on the scheduled date and time.

• Qualified candidates will be called for personal interviews. 

• Only those students who qualify to interview and satisfy the admission committee will be admitted.

Documents Required for Admission

• School leaving certificate of the previous institution in which the child was studying

• A copy of the birth certificate of the child

• Attested copy of detailed mark sheet from the previous class

• A medical fitness certificate of the child

Fee Structure for Gurukul, Kurukshetra

Parents must cover their wards' expenses, including meals, electricity, milk, books, and canteen purchases. These expenses are categorised into two types:

• Annual charges: Paid at the beginning of the session.

• Quarterly charges: Mess charges are typically billed in April, July, October, and January. Payment for these charges is accepted through crossed-demand drafts in favour of the principal, Gurukul Kurukshetra. Online fee payments are also accepted, payable to the principal, Gurukul Kurukshetra.

Eligibility Criteria for Class 11th Admission to Gurukul, Kurukshetra

• Non-medical course: To be eligible for admission to class 11th non-medical and medical courses, students must score at least 60% marks in Maths, Science and English in class 10th.

• For admission to class 11th Commerce stream, students will have to score a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the class 10th board exam result.

• For admission to class 11th Commerce stream with Maths, students will need 80% or more marks in the concerned subject in 10th.

Quarterly Fee Details

Note: If the quarterly fee is not deposited by the 17th of the given month, then the candidate’s name will be struck off by the school.
