The National Testing Agency will conduct the SHRESHTA NETS in December 2025, in offline mode. Students can download the SHRESHTA NETS 2026 admit card in online mode using the official website. The Scheme for Residential Education for Students in High Schools in Targeted Areas (SHRESHTA) is a government-approved scheme to provide Class 9 and 11 admission for meritorious SC category students. Under this scheme, around 3000 students are selected for Class 9 and 11 admission into the best private residential schools all over India.

Save and take a print and submit it to the student’s Cadre Controlling Authority/Parent Organisation for forwarding it to NTA along with the required documents and necessary certifications therein.
The SHRESHTA NETS 2026 syllabus comprises Mathematics, Science, Social Science and General Knowledge/Awareness subjects. The students appearing for the SHRESHTA NETS exam 2025 should study NCERT books, as NETS is based on the CBSE/NCERT syllabus.
