SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) organises national and international-level Olympiad exams for school students (Classes 1–12) in various subjects. Students must register for the SOF Olympiads through their schools. Individual registrations are not accepted. Schools are responsible for submitting the registration forms at least 15 days before the exam date. SOF includes NSO, IMO, IEO, NCO, IGKO, and ISSO exams.

Any school can register as an SOF examination centre at no cost. A minimum of 10 students must register from their school for the SOF Olympiads. Check the different methods for the SOF registration.
Students will automatically receive a prospectus containing the necessary registration forms.
Request a Prospectus: Contact SOF by emailing info@sofworld.org or by phone to request a prospectus.
Complete Forms: The school's coordinating teacher must accurately fill out the School Registration Form (SRF) and the Students' Registration Sheet (SRS), following the provided guidelines.
Submit Forms: Send the completed forms to the SOF office by the submission deadline.
Upon receiving the SRF and SRS, SOF will register your school and all participating students. Roll numbers will be generated for every student. We'll then dispatch the question papers and guidelines for conducting the examination.
For schools in Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Nepal, the SOF Olympiad registration fee is INR 125 per student, per Olympiad (including GST). Schools in these countries may charge an additional INR 25 per student to cover administrative costs and teacher compensation. Students with major physical disabilities or Indian students whose parents were killed in defence operations are exempt from all fees.
Schools in other countries pay USD 9 per student, per Olympiad. However, a reduced fee of USD 1 applies to sponsored, underprivileged, or economically weaker students, as identified by their schools, supporting SOF's inclusive participation initiative.
