Gujarat Board 11th Class Admission Process 2026

The admission process in each Gujarat board school will vary from one and another. Parents are advised to visit the official website of the school and check the admission process. For online admission, they can fill out the online admission form. For offline admission, they must contact and visit the respective school in person. • For online admission, visit the respective school website. Or for offline, visit the respective school campus in person.

• After that, fill out the GSEB 11th class admission form and submit it.

• The school will contact the eligible candidate to complete the Gujarat class 11 admission process.

• Make sure to carry the required documents at the time of admission, such as the student's passport-size photograph, birth certificate, class 10th marksheet, etc.

• After that, the selected candidate can pay the requisite admission fee to complete the admission process.

Eligibility for Admission to Gujarat Board Class 11

Below, we have provided the general eligibility requirements for GSEB class 11 admission.

• Students must pass the 10th exam from a recognised board.

• Some schools conduct an entrance examination or take a basic interview as part of their admission process. Students must clear the entrance exam/ interview to be eligible for admission to the respective chosen stream.

Requirements for Admission to GSEB 11th Science 2026

The board has announced a new rule for the Gujarat board class 11th Science stream admission 2026. Check out the points below.

• For admission to GSEB 11th class Science stream, students must score at least 33% marks in the class 10 basic mathematics subject, excluding any grace marks.

• Schools will conduct a separate 30-mark test on the standard maths syllabus to assess the ability and aptitude of students. The test will include 15 MCQs and 15 subjective-type questions, in which students must score at least 33% marks to be qualified for GSEB 11th class admission.

• Schools will also arrange personal meetings with the students to review their academic performance from classes 6 to 10. It will ensure that students have the basic knowledge and understanding that is needed for admission to the Science stream
