• Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account, and passport of the applicant

• Voter ID, driver's licence, Aadhaar card, passport, bank account, a certificate from the local authority, and PAN card of parents/ legal guardian

• Any other document or ID proof of local guardian

• Legal document of divorce (if applicable)

• Death certificate of mother/father (in case of deceased)

• Affidavit and undertaking of legal guardian (if applicable)

• Affidavit for change of name or date of birth, etc. (if applicable)
