• Parents can fill out the registration form online via the provided link on the school’s official website or collect it from the school office.

• All the required documents must be submitted to complete the form submission process.

• Admission to Nursery, Lower Kindergarten (LKG), and Upper Kindergarten (UKG) is based on an interaction of the parents and the child with the school authorities. 

• Admissions from Classes 1 to 9 are provided on the basis of an admission test.

• The date and time for the interaction (for Nursery, LKG, UKG) and admission tests (for Classes 1- 9) will be communicated within 5 days of document submission.

Age Eligibility for Admission

For Nursery admission, the minimum eligible age is 3+ as on April 1 of the academic year. For the remaining classes, parents can check the age eligibility criteria on the school’s official website.

Documents Required for Admission

• A signed copy of the printout of registration form

• School copy of the registration fee bank deposit slip

• The candidate's birth certificate issued by a municipal corporation/ state government

• The Aadhaar card of the child (if available) and both the parents

• Caste certificate issued by government for ST/SC/OBC/ minority category (if applicable)

• Current year ID card, if sibling is a student of Birla Bharati

• Address proof

• Previous class mark sheet for candidates applying for Classes 1 to 9
