NES Rajarhat is a Co-Ed school which offers admissions from Nursery to Class 12. The following are the guidelines regarding admission:

• Admission commences in August.

• Age Criteria:

  • Lower Nursery- 3+ years, 

  • Upper Nursery- 4+ years, 

  • Transition- 5+ years,

  • Class I- 6+ years.

Documents Required with the Application:

• Photocopy of  Birth Certificate duly attested by the municipal corporation or hospital/nursing home.

• One recent passport-size colour photograph of the candidate.

• For admission to Classes 2-8, a transfer certificate from the last school attended (recognized by the Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal) is required.

• Admission to Class 11 requires approval from the Council for The Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), New Delhi.

• In the case of inter-state transfer candidates, the transfer certificate must be countersigned by the education officer of the respective state, with transfer cases given special consideration.
