Apeejay School offers admission to students from Lower Kindergarten to Class 11. Below are the guidelines for admission.

Admission to Lower Kindergarten (LKG)

• Admission is granted to children above the age of 3 years.

• Group discussions are held with parents and activities with children as a part of the admission process.

• In case of any admission-related queries, parents can contact the school office in October.

Admission to other classes (excluding LKG)

• Admission depends on existing seat vacancies.

• The procedure involves an admission test and a group interview.

• Parents can contact the school office for admission inquiries to these classes in the last week of February.

Admission to Class 11

• The admission procedure for Class 11 begins in the second week of February.

• Students are admitted based on academic performance in classes 9 (final) & 10 (SA1 for CBSE students and selections for other boards).

• The aptitude test determines the stream for admission.

Documents Required for Admission

The following documents are important for admission to Apeejay School.

LKG and UKG:

• 3 passport-size photographs with the child's name written on the backside.

• 1 attested photocopy of the birth registration certificate issued by the local municipal corporation.

• Attested photocopy of hospital discharge certificate.

• Attested photocopy of immunisation certificate.

• Attested photocopy of voter ID/ Aadhaar card of both parents.

• Registration form purchase receipt (for online forms only).

Classes 1, 6, and 9:

• Original birth certificate registered with the local municipal corporation.

Class 11:

• 3 passport-size photographs of the candidate

• Attested photocopies of results/ mark sheet for Class 10 half yearly/ pre-board examinations.

• Attested photocopy of Aadhaar card/ Aadhaar enrolment number
