The student must be a citizen of India.
Family Income should not exceed INR 2.5 lakh per annum.
The post-matric scholarship will be awarded to students studying in the 11th or 12th class at a school affiliated with a recognised board.
Students belonging to the Scheduled castes and must have passed the matriculation or higher secondary or any higher examination from a recognised university or Board are eligible for the Punjab Post-Matric scholarship.
Students must have a minimum mark of 75% in Higher Secondary.
Should not be availing any other centrally-sponsored Post-matric scholarship.
Students pursuing their studies through correspondence courses are also eligible.

A student should be a citizen of India and belong to the Scheduled Caste.
His/her parent/guardian’s Family Income should not exceed INR 2.5 lakh per annum.
Students applying should not be availing of any other centrally-sponsored pre-matric scholarship.
They need to provide Aadhaar authentication for proof.
Should be studying in Classes 9 or 10.
He/she should be a regular, full-time student studying in a government school or any school recognised by the government of India or any central/state board of secondary education.
The scholarship will be available for only one year. If he/she wants to repeat a class, students will not get a scholarship for that class for the second year.
