• A medical fitness certificate made by a licensed medical practitioner

• Residence proof in the name of the father or mother of the child applying for admission. Residence proof document can include any of these:

  • Telephone Bill/ Gas Bill/ Electricity Bill

  • Unique ID (Aadhar Card)

  • Recent Passport

  • Registered Agreement Copy (Purchased or Rented)

• Three recent passport size colour photographs of the child (One should be pasted in the space provided in the form and the other two should be attached along with the form)

• A copy of the last academic report and transfer certificate from the last school attended.

• A copy of the community certificate (if applicable)
