Delhi Public School, Gaya, Admission Procedure

Delhi Public School, Gaya, serves education from Pre-Nursery to Class 12 under the CBSE curriculum. For admission, candidates are required to fill out the online registration form and submit a hard copy of the registration form to the school office along with the registration fees and required documents. 

Refer to the general admission criteria to get into DPS, Gaya:

• The online registration link for admission is made available at www.dpsgaya.com, from November 1st of the academic year. 

• Admission from Pre-Nursery to Class 2 is granted based on the candidate’s performance in the observation-cum-interaction session.

• For classes 3 to 9, admission depends on the candidate's performance in the assessment test, followed by an interaction session.

• Class 11 admission will be based on their performance in the aptitude test and board exam results.

• After the observation/interaction assessment, the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school's notice board. 

• After that, parents must visit the school to complete the admission process by depositing the required fee along with the documents.

• The school does not offer admission to classes 10th and 12th students.

• Transfer certificate

• Medical certificate

• Aadhaar card of the candidate

• Birth certificate

• Passport-size photographs of the candidate and parents

• Class 10 mark sheet after the declaration of board results (for Class 11)

• Migration certificate (Non-CBSE school) (for Class 11)

• Medical examination certificate (for Class 11)

• Affidavit of Local Guardianship for outstation candidates (if applicable)
