Admission Process

St. Joseph & Mary’s School offers admissions for students from Pre- Nursery to Class 12th. Here are some general guidelines for admission to St. Joseph & Mary’s School:

• Parents of students seeking admission from Pre- Nursery to Class 1 must provide a Birth Certificate and those seeking admission from Class 2 onwards must provide a Transfer Certificate from the previously attended school.

• Admission forms for Classes 8 to 9 for the upcoming academic session will be provided in September. 

• Admission forms for Class 11 are made available in February. 

• Students seeking admission from Class 7 to 9 must present their Birth Certificate, while those seeking admission into class XI must present their ICSE/Other Board Registration Card, as well as the Result/Progress Report of the previously attended school's Selection/Pre Board Examination, at the time of admission.

• After reviewing the completed application forms, students are invited to attend a formal interview with their parents. 

• Candidates accepted for admission must present a Transfer Certificate from their prior school.
