The admissions at Pathways School Gurgaon are provided to students from Nursery to Class 12th. Parents can feel free to contact the school through mail or telephone for any queries or if they wish to fix an appointment with the Head of Admissions & Communication if they want to visit the school. Here are some general steps for admission at Pathways School Gurgaon:

Step 1: Registration

• Parents will have to fill out the online application form for their child and submit it in person or through courier to the school. 
• Along with the application form, they will have to pay the prospectus and registration fees.

Documents to be submitted

• Signed and dated Application Signature form
• Student Form (for students applying for Grades 6 - 12 only
• Copies of past scholastic records of at least two years previous to this application (if applicable)
• Transport Request Form (for students opting to use school transport)
• Student Health Form
• Consent Form
• Meal Form
• 6 Passport size photographs of the candidate with their name written behind each photograph
• 1 Passport size photograph of each parent with the name written behind each photograph
• Copy of student’s valid passport
• Copy of student’s birth certificate or an age proof
• Copy of proof of residence of parents/parent

Step 2: Interaction and Assessment

Admission will be granted based on the candidate’s performance in the interaction:

• For Pre-Nursery to Class 5, admission will be granted based on verbal interaction. The child may also be asked to perform some simple activities.
• Admission from Class 6 to Class 8, is granted based on verbal interaction and a written assessment in English and Maths subjects.
• Class 9 or Class 11 admission will be based on the candidate’s performance in verbal interaction and written assessments in English, Integrated Science and Maths subjects.
• Admission for Class 10 and Class 12 will be granted only if the candidate is transferring from a similar curriculum and their admission will be based on their reports from the existing school and an assessment followed by an interaction. Class 12 students must be transferring from the IB Diploma programme.

Step 3: Admission

• Selected candidates will receive an admission acceptance letter and fee proforma invoice from the admissions office.
• Parents must complete the admission process by submitting a copy of the signed admission acceptance letter and deposit the admission fee and refundable security deposit.
• After the admission process, the admission office will allot the student's ID number will subsequently be assigned by the admissions office.
