DPS International, Sector-50

DPS International admissions are provided to students from Pre-nursery to 12th. The school accepts admissions throughout the year. To take admission at DPS International, parents will have to fill the online application form through the official website.

Here are general steps to apply for DPS International admission:

• First of all, go the official website: dpsiedge.edu.in/Admission-Information

• Fill the admission form

• Pay the registration fee that is mentioned in the form

• Submit the documents required and submit the application

Documents Required

Submit the following documents:

• Copies of the academic history from at least the two years prior to the application (if applicable)

• 7 current coloured passport-size photos of the student, each with their name inscribed on the back.

• 2 current passport-size coloured photos of each parent with their names and relationships inscribed on the backs of the photos

• a copy of each parent's current passport and the student's passport

• a copy of the student's birth certificate a copy of the parent's residency documentation

• Aadhaar card copy (parents and student)

• If admission is confirmed, the original transfer certificate from the prior school.

• FRRO registration copy (in case the student carries a non-Indian passport)

After the documents are submitted, the child and the parents will be invited for a meeting with the Head of Admissions, Principal, and Head of School.

Admission Selection Process

• Students seeking admission in grades Pre-nursery to Grade 5 will have no written test. They will have a personal interaction with the admission team, the Primary School Principal and the Head of School.

• For grade 6, students move from PYP to MYP 1, and select an additional language. 

• Other school students seeking admission in Grades 6/7/8/9 will have placement assessments in Mathematics and English, interaction with the Secondary School Principal, Head of School for the final decision on admission. 

• For admission in Grade 6 and 7, students must have studied the selected language for at least one year in their previous school. 

• For admission in MYP 3 and 4 (Grade 8 and 9), students must have studied the selected language for at least two years in their previous school.

• Grades 11 and 12, DPSI students of Middle Years Programme at DPSI are eligible for admission to DP 1 if they have been awarded their IB MYP Certificate.

• Diploma Programme (DP) candidates from other schools will need to provide last two years' results, Character Certificate from the previous school; Placement assessment in Math, English and a Psychometric Test. Interview for shortlisted candidates along with their parents

• For admission to grade 12, transferring IB Diploma students are admitted.
